WHY CANT I SIGNUP?

STREAMING VIDEOS
For a smooth playback experience, you need a broadband internet connection. If your broadband connection isnt fast enough, videos may buffer.
Please follow the 2-steps below to check your internet connection:
1. Mouse-over video screen, you will see the "signal bar" indicator at the bottom-right of the screen (next to audio icon).
2. Click on the "signal bar" and it will show your current bandwidth speed and video bitrate on-screen.

To enjoy optimum viewing experience the bandwidth speed must be higher than the bitrate speed. The signal bar should show a min. 2 bars (pink colored bar) for smooth viewing.

If you are experiencing buffering or choppy playback, here are some suggestions that may help:
If you are watching video over a wireless connection and your video is buffering, try watching over a wired connection or move your computer closer to your wi-fi router for a stronger signal.
If you are running any bandwidth-intensive applications on your own computer eg. downloads, internet phone services such as Skype or opening multiple browsers etc. you may want to close these applications while watching videos on Maaduu.
If you are sharing an internet connection with other people, check to see if they are using any bandwidth-intensive programs (such as those outlined above) while you are watching videos.
If the video is still buffering, you may be experiencing issues with your CPU performance. Try turning off any CPU-intensive programs you're running, or rebooting your computer. Additionally, you can try running Maaduu in a different browser, or updating your Flash drivers.
